MWKC Board & Constitution

The constitution states that the Board shall comprise of 10 Directors made up of:

The Board meets generally monthly or as the Board decides. Directors are required to attend all Board meetings. Any Club member is welcome to attend a Board meeting.

All office bearers and Committees report directly to the Board. It is preferred that all Directors hold a position related to the running of the Club.

Attached below are the key operational documents for our Club. All members are encoraged to familiarise themselves with these documents. Our Constitution expands upon items of the Associations and Incorporation Act that are specific to the operation of our Club. You can read both documents by clicking the links below.

The following section provides links to important documents associated with out affiliation with the National paddling body, Paddle Australia (PA) and their local representation, Paddle New South Wales (PNSW). Once again, all members are encouraged to familiarise themselves with these documents, in particular the PA Member Protection Policy which was formally adopted by the Board in 2019.
